1. One-time setup purchase
Internal Manager is sold as a one-time $1,200 setup purchase. The price includes files, setup instructions, installation/setup service, and 15 days support after delivery.
2. Hosting and domain
Hosting and domain are not included in the purchase. The client must buy or provide hosting/domain after purchase. Hostinger hosting plans are recommended: Hostinger discount link.
3. Refund eligibility
A refund request must be submitted within 5 days after delivery. Delivery means files, setup instructions, system access, or installation/service delivery has been provided to the buyer. Refund is only considered if the product/system has not been used.
4. Refund amount
If eligible, the maximum refund is 50% of the paid amount. The remaining 50% is non-refundable because it covers setup, installation, handling, preparation, technical time, and delivery charges.
5. No refund after 5 days
After 5 days from delivery, there is no refund, no claim, and no adjustment. This applies even if the client delays buying hosting/domain or does not provide access for setup.
6. Non-refundable cases
No refund will be provided if the product is used, copied, installed, modified, shared, deployed, or if setup work has already been completed and accepted. No refund is available for issues caused by poor hosting, expired domain, wrong server credentials, third-party hosting restrictions, or client delay.
7. Support period
The purchase includes 15 days support after delivery. Support is for setup-related issues only and does not extend the refund window unless agreed in writing.
8. How to request refund
Email your refund request to support@example.com with order number, purchase email, reason, and confirmation that the product has not been used.
